Meditation:
Gratitude: Sometimes in life , things happen to fast. We barley solve one problem when two new problems surface. We're feeling great one morning, but we're submerged in miseray by night fall.
Everyday we facwe interruptions, delays, changes and challenges. We face personal conflicts and dissappointments. Often when we're feeling overwhelmed, we cannot see the lessons in these experiences.
One simple concept can get us through the most stressful of times. Its called Gratitude! We learn to say, thank you, for the way things are. I don't like this experience, but thank you anyway.
Force gratitude until it becomes habitual. Gratitude helps us stop trying to control out comes. It is the key that unlocks positive energy in our life. It is the alchemy that turns problems into blessings, and the unexpected into gifts.
Graitude Prayer:
Today Lord let me be grateful. I will start the process of turning today's pain into tomorrow joy.
Prayer During Difficult Times:
God of love and mercy, assist me in this time of trouble and anxiety. Ease my burdens. Strengthen my faith. Incfrease my trust and confidencein Your compassionate care.
Give me the courage I need, dear Lord, to face the difficulties before me, knowing that with Your help, miracles happen and lives are restored.
I pray for a share in Your healing graces, and I ask Your comforting goodness, for health in mind, body, and for a heart filled with hope and Peace. -Amen
